• Inspect the door seal for cracks, gaps, or debris and clean if necessary
• Verify your temperature setting is within the recommended range (typically 45-65°F for wine coolers)
• Ensure all vents on the back and sides of the unit are clear of dust and obstructions
• Check that the wine cooler is positioned away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and exterior walls
• Confirm the room temperature is above 55°F, as cold ambient conditions can trigger the LO error
• Unplug the unit for 60 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the control board
• Allow 24 hours for the unit to stabilize after power reset before evaluating results
• Check that the unit has adequate ventilation space (minimum 2 inches on sides and back)
• Do not attempt to disassemble the cooling system or access internal components
